I’m writing a book at the moment and the main character is injected with heroin 3 times. She’s never had it before, never has it again. What would happen to her while she’s on it, how long would the high last, and what would happen to her after? How long would the withdrawal last and what would the symptoms be? I want to make my book as accurate as possible.
