Question by what up: Went to Asian Market in Phoenix and got some Chinese Green Tea. DETOXIFICATION symptoms?
Does this sound right? Been down for 5 days now… dizzy, faint, weak, headache, chills, muscle & joint ache.
Sounds like DETOXIFICATION symptoms, right? I’ve read that if you experience this, you are actually detoxifying toxins and bad things from your body. My poop, is green! Not like the fiber green you get from eating veggies… Green Tea GREEN. It looks like I’ve pooped out what’s inside the tea bags… Its really weird & starting to freak me out.
Pooped twice since I drank the tea and its like pooping finely ground tea leaves. I’m still really dizzy with aches and symptoms. Anyone else ever experience something like this? When will it go away?

This sounds like a very harsh reaction to whatever detoxification protocol you are following. If it were me I would discontinue it immediately. If the symptoms have not resolved with in 24 hours, I would see my physician.
