V-Response To: boogiedown550/Food Addiction – I have been obese all my life and really understand the way food addiction effects people emotionally, mentally, and physically. It is a hard habit to break because we have to re-introduce ourselves to food on a daily basis.It is not as easy as dieting and getting exercise and I understand that and feel your pain. Being morbidly obese does alot to a person in all aspects of health. I have no formula on how to overcome obesity, but do recognize the strength in the support others have given to me. Stay strong boogie, you can do this.
