Think You Know the Truth About Drug Policy in America?

What do we really know about drug policy in the USA? We know it is a failure. We know that anytime policy supports violent action to manipulate human behavior, it’s a failed policy. Do we want to help and cure those people with drug abuse and addiction problems or do we only want to punish them? We cannot have both. Policy supports one strategy or the other.
