Deputies say they arrested the woman back in 2005 after finding 15 units of crack cocaine in her home. She was originally indicted charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine and maintaining a dwelling for distribution of a controlled substance. The judge gave the woman unsupervised probation instead of sending her to prison for the next six to eight months.
