GOP Senators Say Stimulus Money Wasted In North Carolina
GREENVILLE, N.C. – Eight stimulus projects in North Carolina got bashed by republican senators in their latest report on government waste. Sen. Tom Coburn (R – Oklahoma) and Sen. John McCain published their “Summertime Blues” report that lists 100 programs they don’t think are worthy of spending taxpayer money.
