SSTARBIRTH – Russian.WMV


 

SSTARBIRTH – Russian.WMV – SSTARBIRTH is the only residential substance abuse treatment program in the state of Rhode Island specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum women and their children. Since its inception in 1994, SSTARBIRTH has served 267 families including 339 children. The program allows for six to nine months of treatment and has the capacity for 14 women and 26 children.
