So I Have Started to Be Vegetarian?

Question by Zoe: So I have started to be vegetarian?
I have gotten supplements, and good food for it. I get faint sometimes still, some of my vegetarian friends said they tried eating fish when they got ill until their bodies got used to no meat. Any suggestions? And how long is it before your body detoxes and dosent feel like it needs meat anymore, like when does it stop going through withdrawals

thats cool you went veg. the faint feeling is probably low blood sugar or anemia. carry a snack with you in your pocket and eat total raison bran cerea (its got a whole days worth of iron, don’t eat too much…iron can be toxic).. also, get enough copper (sesame seeds and cashews have alot)

you can drink more water and maybe take milk thistle to detox. never heard that your body adjusts to not having meat or that it withdrawals from meat (if your body does withdrawal from meat its because of the drugs they give to the cows, chickens, pigs like estrogen and anti-parsitic drugs)

eat 3 meals a day and healthy snacks. enjoy some of these recipes
