Question by Scott: Should I go to jail to get help?
I can’t afford rehab, and I’m a fairly tough guy in my twenties with serious alcohol problem. My local county jail has an inmate rehab and I was just wondering if I should commit a victimless crime and give that a shot so I can get sober. I worry its my only option. Do jail rehabs work if you really want to quit?

Jail will affect your future occupational opportunities so I’d just say get someone you trust to take control of your money and be with you while you go through your “detox”
