Automatic life sentencing isn’t even present for murder. There are special cases of insanity as well. There is a reason these things are case-by-case and not automatic.

Obviously that would prevent child abuse criminals from repeating the same time. There aren’t that many kids in jail, lol

I’d increase the punishments whenever possible though 🙂 I’d increase the maximum sentences in each state, making life an option for the courts to use.
