Variation on the Japanese shabu-shabu – a very hot/spicy broth – and more things to cook – including thinly sliced lamb, eel like fish (too many bones) and cow’s stomach wall – surprisingly tasty !

My tongue was numb after the meal – and apparently this was only a medium strength brew !
