•Jeremy Conner Ryan, aggravated battery and battery: first offender treatment, two years to serve suspended upon completion of four weekends in jail, ten years probation, 100 hours of community service, no contact with victim and a $ 1,000 fine. Two counts of aggravated assault: nolle prosequi.
