Rehab for Marijuana Use?

Question by Lady Tam: Rehab for marijuana use?
My cousin is 28 years old and biopolar. He has been using marijuana regularly since he was 13, as well as other recreational drugs intermittently. Do you think he should he go to rehab?

I have seen this in the past with a few of my friends. They would start smoking pot for a long time and then it would get boring because they were used to it and then it was only a matter of time that they moved onto something else more drastic like meth. I would highly suggest it for him to go to rehab before something really bad happens
