know this person ( monster) , father of 2, has been accused for sexual abuse of both of the kids.There is records that a Doctor wrote that “it was due to sexual abuse”, both times, where the father was arrested one time and release the next day, because his excuse was that the child was sitting for too long in the car seat on a “road trip” they have taken that day. The other the jury or judge said ” the other child was coached by mom”..How is the mom coached if mom doesn’t know the schedule of step moms (fathers girlfriend) , schedule from her work and home. FYI-stepmom is a paralegal and knows people from the court where mother and father were seen. I believe mediators where on the step moms side, and suggested that mother was too depressed to care for her two kids, because of her mom had just passed away. Mother was seen by psychologist and said that there was no signs of depression in the mother. The psychologist wrote a letter to the court and was actually defending mother like if he was an attorney.On another occasion after Cops at sight were on mothers side, pleading with father to let the kids stay just that one night because the kids did not want to stay with father and they were both shaking and crying, and father told the cops ” no, I have a court order”!
Let give you info about father, so you can get a better picture of his attitude- Father never wanted these two children when mother was pregnant, the first pregnancy he was convinced by his mother , for him to be happy about that unborn child.
The second was an unexpected pregnancy and he was not happy about it, both parent were separated after about mother being pregnant about 5 months. There is records and pictures where he beat mother and kicked her pregnant stomach because he wanted her not to have that child.
Long story short mother did not ever ask for child support, and was not interested in making his life miserable ( i don’t know why lol)!! He was only giving her 250 or less monthly, and not caring to see both kids, unless his parent suggest it.
Father paralegal girlfriend hired attorney and took kids away, and also expunged his record. The judge said his record is clean and he’s a changed man, regardless of past records of Domestic Violence, drug charges, and sexual abuse report from doctors and police, that mother had taken to court for proof.
My question is, How many men and woman have been accused of any kind of abuse where the charges where dropped or records have been expunged and these people are near other children and can be your child’s teacher?
I know this other story where mother cannot have her kids because she was taking depression pills.
So what worse, depressed mother or depressed mother taking responsibility of her condition. I would think that would help to get her kids back.
The the story I heard is where the charges were dropped because the child was too scared and adopted mother was making the child feel guilty about adopted relative father being put in jail. This sexual abuse was brought up because this child was tapped on her back by the teacher and the child jumped. Teacher asked why it hurt and child responded ” i have a sunburn”…
it came down to the child’s friend who told her in front of the police that the truth about everything had to be told to them.

Dude… you could turn this question into a college level research paper.
Best thing I could think to tell you is to do research online via google books and google scholar and to search government records online @ http://www.usa.gov/ or an online or physical library that serves as a dumping ground for government information like www.library.illinois.edu/doc/
don’t just type stuff in the search box. after you have searched a website via the search box, look through the site index or go through the blog (read the titles of blogs to get an idea if it pertains to you or not)
