Question by cooleys_dragon1016: Does anyone know the harmful effects of “snorting” Lortab or any other prescription pain pills?
I caught my boyfriend doing it and it really freaked me out a little. I am concerned he is really hurting himself. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

the danger in this is that the drug is not designed to be taken this way. using pills and shooting them up will eventually lead to severe damage in the lungs. i would think snorting crushed pills would end up doing the same with the added effect of possibly damaging your sinuses and nasal linings in general.
