The story I want to write is called “Goin’ Steady: a tale of love and addiction”. The book follows 6 highschoolers in their senior year; Marley, West, Rya-Brooke, Gabe, Hagen, and Allison. -Marley is 17 and is a normal girl (but not popular.). She is very smart and is in many clubs like the Math Elites. Her life is really not interesting and going knowhere. Marley decides that she wants to lose her virginty. (i picture Lindsey Shaw when i think of Marley)
-West is 18 and is the quaterback on the football team. Some of the other football players convince him to try steroids.
-Rya-Brooke is 17 and has just moved to a new highschool from New Mexico. She feels very self consiouse and has no friends. She is half mexican and has long dark hair.
Gabe- Gabe is 18 and is in a band. His friends convince him to try drugs.
Hagen- Hagen is a geek and plays the tuba in the band. West and the other popular guys make fun of him when they discover he’s a virgin. Hagen decides he wants to lose his virginty in hopes of becoming popular. Hagen ends up having sex with Marley.
Allison- Allison is secretly struggling with bulimia because she thinks she is overweight.

Is this a good start? What can i do to improve. This is just a basic idea of the characters.

its all good make them appeal to the reader. u kno make them seem vulnerable
