Alright heres the deal. My buddy smoked pot with this chick, she had a bad reaction and went to the hospital. Well nows shes pressing charges on him for “spiking” the pot. My question is……. does anybody other than myself want to laugh their ass off at this chick? And would a court even go along with that? LMAO. I can’t believe people.
And yes I know they shouldn’t of done that, and no I don’t condone it but I’m no ones parent.

Yes a Court would still consider the case. They may both get screwed for smoking pot as well, but yea he can get in big trouble.
