Police say drug pipe found in driver’s pocket
A man under investigation for two counts of vehicular homicide and other crimes had a methamphetamine pipe in his pocket at the time of a three-car collision that left two Des Moines women dead, according to a probable-cause statement from Donevan Dexheimer, a Kent police officer.
