Question by lizz: Please help.. How do you get rid of the addiction to pain killers?
I don’t need criticism. I just need help because it’s driving me crazy and every minute I spend without them is painful. I usually take 4 pills of 500mg every four hours.. Im done with this. I need help.

There’s no secret method, you just have to do it. You can slowly cut down until you don’t take any at all or you can just quit all at once. Either way, it’s difficult, but, unless you want to get outside help, it’s the only way.
