Physical Side Effects of Albuterol?

I’m a track athlete. I’m 27 years old and my event is the 400 meter hurdles. My event requires me to sprint at about 90% maximum effort for approximately 50 seconds. I’m in great shape now but have been diagnosed with exercise induced asthma. I began taking inhalent albuterol and I noticed that my body was becoming fatigued much earlier in my race than usual. Also I was experiencing increased muscle soreness the days following a workout. It almost seems as though I cannot get rid of the muscle soreness even with ice, rest and massage.

Are these familiar symptoms for endurance athletes using albuterol?

I was in track but had to stop due to tendonitis and asthma related to exercise and/or sickness. I use albuterol and the only side effects I get are dizziness
