just curious,i do not abuse drugs..but i do have a conviction for a drunk driving..which i know is wrong..however i have to drug test and i am worried that my add meds will test positive for narcotics abuse..i made a mistake drinking and driving but i truly need my adderall to function,i only hope someone can give me a factual answer..and not i think or i guess!!

If they test for it, therapeutic doses of Adderall will show up in the urine. However, if you have a prescription, then it’s not an “illegal drug” and you shouldn’t have a problem. Ask your doctor for a letter stating that Adderall is necessary and take a copy with you when you’re tested.
