OBN director to speak at EOSC Wilburton campus
Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control Director will be the speaker in the ninth Julian J. Rothbaum Lectureship Series to be held 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 20, in Mitchell Auditorium on the Wilburton campus of Eastern Oklahoma State College.
