Husband Acquitted In Wife’s Alleged Murder
A jury has acquitted a western Pennsylvania man of all charges in his wife’s death, which prosecutors say he caused by strangulation. But 42-year-old Eugene Clark’s defense attorney says Doreena Clark wasn’t strangled on Jan. 17, 2009. Instead, Dan Joseph says the woman died of a drug overdose and was injured by falling down a flight of steps as a result.
