National Consortium of Torture Treatment Programs

This is a speaker representing the National Consortium of Torture Treatment Programs, a group of doctors who work with torture victims. The US government has not reached out to members of the NCTTP for their medical expertise dealing with victims of torture. The US government also has not set out to even create a definition of torture. The speaker argues that the US will not have high standings if the fundamental issues regarding torture are not addressed. Torture is a war crime. Water boarding is torture.
