Jason Grellner, a member of the Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement Unit and vice president of the Missouri Narcotics Officers Association, speaks at a public hearing before the Wildwood City Council on a proposed law to regulate the sale of cold and allergy medicines containing pseudoephedrine.
