My Sister Is Addicted to Crystal Meth…can Anyone Tell Me…how Strong Is This Drug? Effects?!?

My father just got emergency custody of my 7 yr old neice cause my 30 something sister is addicted to crystal meth…she’s out in CA and my neice is now living in CT with my dad…What are the effects of this?! How easily obtained is this?! She’s also a crack addict and alcoholic…I know these all go hand in hand…I just want to get an idea of how bad this drug is…thanks
