My Pharmacist Gave Me a Different Type of Adderall?
Question by Mary: my pharmacist gave me a different type of adderall?
Alrighttty, I’m extremely ADD and I’ve been prescribed adderall since I was in middle school. I’m on the non time released generic version. The prescription bottle usually says “Amphetamine Salts 30 mg.” But today I picked up my presciption and it was “D-Amphetamine Salt Combo 30 mg.” my doctor wrote the same prescription she always has so i wasn’t sure if it was different because i went to a different pharmacy, or if there really is a difference other than the color and shape.
I hope this makes sense, I don’t know how to word what I’m asking exactly. But anyways, if you know anything that could help let me know. Please and thank you.
and please, don’t comment if you’re only going to tell me that “ADD & ADHD don’t exist, it’s just a blah blah blah”

It’s the same exact stuff. Your first one should say ‘Mixed Amphetamine Salts” 30mg. The new one says “D-amphetamine Salt Combo” 30mg. Same stuff, just different manufacturers.
