My Hands and Feet Are ALWAYS Cold?

Johnny B. Goode asked:

Is there any way to change this?

Nothing really else to say but details:

– It’s a bit inheritant, my Dad has it too, but not as bad.
– My hands are cold to the point where it slow’s their movement.
– Both my hands and feet when they hurt under hot/very warm water.
– They feel pain easier. I have a very high pain tolerance, so it’s not just me being a wimp.
– I spend most my time in my house (I am homeschooled) and my house is always 70-80F (21.1 to 26.6C)
– They CAN get warm, but only if I am in front of our coal stove or something.
– I drink alot of caffeine. Soft drinks and chocolate ice cream.
– I do not have any drug, alchohol, etc addictions.
– I don’t frequently loose blood.
– I eat alot.
– I have no problems with obesity, I used to be skinny, now I am more athletic.
– I seem to be prone to “loosing conciousness due to not enough bloodflow to the head” aka heat.
“if you want, wear two pairs over each other
it always works”
Yeah I always wear socks, and I do this ^ on occasion and it does help.

My dad took Garlic pills for it over the summer, he said it didn’t really help much. He’ll try over the winter and see if it helps then.

Lol I work at a doctor’s office. I’ll ask one when we are in the lounge sometime =)
