My Boyfriend Called Me Asking Whether He Should Use His Friends drugs.but I Think He Is Already Abusing Them?

Hi…im 19 and my bf is 26. I am positive he wasnt doing drugs when we met and had no background in drug use…I am worried my boyfriend of 1.5 yrs is getting into drug use…These are the signs:
*For the last three months he has been getting drunk everyday…even in the morning and night at times.
*Last night he called me up to ask if he should use his friend’s Adderall to help him study. I told him not to and with his high blood pressure not to mention it not being prescribed to him (and never has), not to mention the risk of addiction that it was too risky.
*He is hardly home anymore although we supposedly live together…He is staying with his friends who abuse drugs and offered my bf Adderall.
*He goes out at 12:00 and 1:00 in the morning to take walks ALONE to “clear his mind.” He won’t let me come with him…
*We live across the street from obvious drug addicts (we are in college so can’t afford better xD),
and my boyfriend told me he met someone in OUR building who was really nice…We came home from grocery shopping one day and this guy (with a very bad vibe) smoking outside was like, “Hey ___” to my boyfriend. My boyfriend seemed to try ignoring him and was just like, “Hi…” :/
*My boyfriend claims he doesn’t smoke, but he always comes home smelling VERY strongly of cigarettes. He claims it is from people smoking around him when he talks to people he plays Street Fighter with at the school arcade (he will go there until midnight or 1 sometimes — yes it is open late)…but my ex who was a chain smoker NEVER smelled that strongly.
*He used to be good friends with a light drug dealer (not user) who took my boyfriend in when he had nowhere to stay and never made one complaint (he did this for free for nearly a year). His friend would invite me over as well and was prob. one of the nicest people out there…but he became depressed and my bf who is staying with the drug users only 1 minute away refuses to see his old friend because he doesn’t want to deal with him mopping around!?
*When he comes home late a lot of times he seems normal, but runs into the shower immediately.
*He randomly mentioned one day that he was angry at the British for bringing opium to China.
*I am 100 lbs and eat more than he does now…he used to eat more…but now he hardly eats. He doesn’t lose weight though o__0;;;
— my issue is a lot of the above stuff contradicts…many things are more of “uppers,” while others are more of “downers” in the reaction they give a person.
So i’m not sure if im just paranoid…but…I need advice :'(
ps: He likes to take naps or get drunk and pass out a lot when he is home.

supposedly my father was a “big time” dealer (so obv. clean)…and my mom taught me a lot (she doesn’t use either)…+ other stuff so…>.>
