I have a bf who is struggling with addiction but i suspect he’s sleeping with numerous women, he lies cheats and steals. i just want to know if meth addicts have remorse at alll

if you know for a fact that he is a meth addict then most likely no, they usually have no remorse and it is due to the effects of the substance on the brain. remorse is likely triggered by a neurotransmitter, like most emotions, and meth abuse can destory these neurotransmitter receptors by overloading them, therefore making the person incapable of feeling anything but the drug
