BEVERLY HILLS (Reuters) – Lindsay Lohan faces arrest when she returns from France to Los Angeles after an exasperated Beverly Hills judge said the actress had “no valid excuse” for missing a probation hearing on Thursday.

Mental health board to try for levy this fall
MANSFIELD — Though their current tax levy isn’t set to expire until the last day of 2011, the county’s mental health board said Thursday it will go forward with a proposal to voters in November to replace the $1.5 million levy on the books now.
