Medical help appears to have ‘slipped through the cracks’
Laura Coward vomited 24 times in the 24 hours prior to her death in a Chilliwack RCMP cell in February 2008 but none of the guards or RCMP officers in charge arranged to have her taken to the hospital to be checked out.
