(CBS) Lindsay Lohan is one again a free woman. She was released Tuesday night from court-ordered rehab after serving less than a third of the time she was supposed to — 23 days of her 90 day sentence.

Crashing into tractors nets drunken driver jail, probation
KEARNEY — A Gibbon woman is serving two weeks in jail and was placed on 1½ years probation for drunken driving and slamming her car into two parked tractors at a Kearney Implement lot.
