LACEY, Wash. — The man arrested Wednesday night, accused of causing a deadly crash, has three prior driving under the influence convictions. Washington State Patrol troopers arrested Brett L. Sotak, 39, of Lacey, after investigators said he drove while he was drunk and high on meth.
