Juarez cartel leader arrested in Chihuahua City
EL PASO – Mexican federal police arrested a reputed boss in the Juárez drug cartel accused of running cartel operations in Chihuahua City, Villa Ahumada and Aldama, Chihuahua. Rogelio Segovia Hernandez, alias “El Royser,” was arrested on Tuesday in Chihuahua City allegedly in possession of a grenade, a handgun, 200 envelopes of crack cocaine and 100 envelopes of powder cocaine.
