..this true? Are younger (20 somethings) female Chinese hitting the bottle in chronic numbers, and are they staggering around drunk in the streets in broad daylight like you see in Russia, Poland, and Romania?

I’ve lived in China for the last 13 years and I’ve never seen or heard of anyone male or female staggering around as you suggest. Where did you find this nonsense?
