A PHOTO of Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James posing as Nazi leader Adolf Hitler has emerged in a further blow to the Oscar-winning actress.

The photo, published in the new edition of Us Weekly magazine, shows the American TV personality with a German army cap on his head, raising his arm in the notorious “sieg heil” salute and mimicking the dictator’s moustache with two fingers.

It surfaced amid another sleazy report about the biker, who owns motorcycle company West Coast Choppers.

According to the new issue of Life & Style magazine, James, 40, took part in a sex session with a man and two women in a San Diego tattoo parlor last June.

“(Sandra) should definitely get tested for HIV and STDs – I would,” Eric McDougall, the tattoo-shop owner and other man in the reputed foursome, said.

Bullock’s seemingly perfect five-year marriage was shattered earlier this month when tattooed stripper Michelle McGee, who wore a Nazi swastika armband in a photo shoot last year, revealed that she and James had an 11-month affair.

The Hitler photo of James – taken at his home in Sunset Beach in around 2004, a year before he married Bullock – may be especially hurtful to his wife.

Her deceased mom, Helga Meyer, was an opera singer from Nuremberg, Germany, where Bullock spent much of her childhood.

James recently checked into a rehab clinic “to deal with personal issues”, his publicist told People magazine, adding that the rehab stint was “100 per cent his own idea” and not ordered by Bullock.

Bullock, 45, who won a best actress Oscar for her role in The Blind Side earlier this month, is reportedly considering a divorce.
