Is This Bipolar Disorder?

Question by ♡: Is this bipolar disorder?
Is August of 2009 I had a manic episode about two weeks after taking LSD. This episode was severe enough for me to end up in the hospital on anti-psychotics until I came out of it. I was told this episode was most likely related to the drugs and not bipolar disorder..

It’s now July 2011, I haven’t been on any medication since I came out of my manic episode in 2009. I suffer from crippling depression.. the kind of depression where I can’t even get out of bed.. At other times I feel euphoric and high.. I always crash though.

One more thing, before the LSD I had mental problems. I have always been known to have depression, volatile outbursts of anger, and severe anxiety. My mother has bipolar disorder and my family has a history of mental illness.

Is it possible that I could still be suffering from LSD psychosis or could I be bipolar?
I don’t have health insurance anymore (I keep getting denied).. this is why I haven’t asked a doctor.

yes, this is most possibly bi-polar, i would go for another check up, explain all this to your doctors, you may have missed some of this out/ or they didn’t have it noted. but yes this is very likely.
