unless the person really really wants the help then there really is nothing u can do..sometimes it takes years of rehab jail etc..u have to be strong and at the same time draw the line and cut the person off for your own sanity..they have plenty of org. NA narcotics anonymous would be a great start and they are listed in the phone book..they can give you lots more ideas
