Question by Eric: Is there any country in the world where alcohol & substance abuse doesn’t exist?
I just watched a documentary about Iran. The country is freaking full of penniless heroin and opium addicts even though every drug, even alcohol is outlawed and the religion doesn’t allow any drug use. In the former communist Russia they had a huge problem with the vodka consumption.
