It’s actually both and a VERY strong addiction to break! Opiate addiction to me is far worse than alcohol, benzo or amphetamine withdrawal. I had insomnia, increased anxiety, panic attacks, cognitive problems, and a major depression. After being off it for 5 months the insomnia and panic attacks have gotten alot better but the depression and cognitive dulling are only now getting better. I started exercising like 45 mins to an hour a day jogging because it boost endorphins and is the only thing that had helped me feel better!
