Is It Abuse When Your Dad Throws Something at You?

My dad throw a black leather bag with medicine bottles(17) , shaving cream, shavers, some tube plastic thing, and toothbrushes at my face. Is that abuse. Because he was talking to us about something and I was all like, “where does the money that comes in for us go.” He was like “shut the hell up” so I asked it him again when he started talking. and then he through the bag at my face. saying “What the fuck is your problem.” I just looked at him in shock. I swear to god that one moment I wanted to get up and kill him. Instead I controlled my self and walked outside grabbing my grandmothers phone. I called my brother and told him what happen. I have went through him nearly breaking my jaw trying to shove soap down my throat when I talked back, to yelling, bickering, whining, sneaking out at hours and days and weeks at a time, to lying, conniving, pretending, hoeing, faking, drugging, drinking, degrading, and name calling. I have had enough. What should I do?
I’m fourteen. All my family lives in California and I’m in Georgia. How am I supposed to get there. My mother isn’t much better over there.
