Is Fighting Porn Addiction Bad?

Question by Matias: is fighting porn addiction bad?
I’m not sure if I’m addicted or not , but I Masturbate on a daily basis and watch porn as well.
After I ejaculate I lose my turn on moment and just move on to other regular activites.
But I have this urge every day to watch porn or at least masturbate. Every time I see a girl on tv that’s hot I get horny , or whenever some of my friends upload pictures that look hot on facebook I get horny and I don’t know if fighting the “addiction” is bad or not.
What should I do ? I mean I suffer from OCD and I have anxiety attacks all the time so people like me tend to over react with this kind of stuff.
So is it bad? Is porn part of me? Can I quit?
Please no ” pray to god ” answers I’m atheist.
