I have to write an essay on “a topic relating to drug abuse”. Is drunk driving a form of drug abuse?

ABSOLUTELY, A DRUNK DRIVER ABUSED ALCOHOL, AND ABUSED THERE PRIVILEGES AS A RESPONSIBLE DRIVER!

Drinking is okay when it’s done RESPONSIBLY, even if you get tore up, always have a driver, cab, sober friend, etc..
