The significance of this proposal cannot be denied. It is indeed a social concern that the rate at which the drug abuse is rising needs a proper control measure and law just cannot help to do anything without general mass awareness and proper rehabilitation measures for those affected.

In a slow order they are brought back to their usual lifestyle and resettled in the social affairs.
