Intensity -SelenaGomez 1D- Episode 1 – Selena opened the doors of her High School, fighting tears. Don’t look at anyone. She thought to herself. She looked down at her baggy sweatshirt and sweatpants, feeling like the ugliest girl at school. She wished she didn’t have to come here. It was her first day here. She’d been kicked out of her old school for multiple fights, and now she was at the Prickly Pear High School for ‘troubled teens’ in Arizona. She really, didn’t want to be here. But her single father who’d been devastated by her recent six suspensions and her anorexia, had sent her here. It was basically a boarding school, so the rooms were on campus and all that good stuff. She really, really, didn’t want to be there. She touched her arms self-consciously as she walked down the halls towards her assigned locker. Although no one could see them under her baggy sweatshirt, SHE knew how skinny they were, how you could see the bones. How she was disgusted with her own body. She stopped at her locker and opened it with shaking hands. She turned her head and saw her locker neighbor. A tall, strong looking girl with blonde brown hair, a cleft chin and dazzling brown eyes. “Hi,” Selena said timidly, “I’m Selena.” Her voice was an octave higher than usual. The kids here seemed pretty tough, would they beat her for trying to befriend them? “Demi,” the girl said, “You new?” her voice was rough and guarded. I nodded, “yes.” “Well, lunch is about to start. You can sit with my friends. Come on skinny.” She closed her
