Question by Etcha Sketch: In order to qualify for a concealment license, you have to be….?
“not a user of or addicted to any controlled substance”. Does this apply to those in recovery?

“not convicted of a misdemeanor of domestic violence”. If one was arrested for this (and spent the night in jail,) how does one find out if it was a conviction or not?

How far back do they check your background?
How does one check their own background? is it free?
