Question by Omar C: If someone is in disability and they don’t they their pills because they drink, you send them to jail?
My dad is in disability for being bipolar, but he spends 5-6 days a week heavily drinking. He also threaten us, but the cops can’t send him to jail for the threats.

I dint think he can but you may be able to press harrasment charges
