There are several of these ice waterfalls in the Crystal Ice Cave. The cave has several floors and water drips down from floor to floor creating these effects.

During the tour Ranger Angela would pause and talk about the ice formations. She’d tell about how they are formed, how they take many years to grow, and how delicate they are. If it were a movie this is right when the John Candy character would stumble and knock them all over. My main goal was, "DON’T BE THAT GUY!!!!!"
