I Think My Neighbor Is Running a Meth Lab?

Question by Max Power: I think my neighbor is running a meth lab?
He lives next door in my aprtment building and although I’ve been here for almost 6 months he is the only one in my building i havent met yet. I have never even seen him! I only hear him go in or out of his apartment at like 2-4am. When he comes in I can tell hes carrying stuff in and out by all the noise he makes. The most alarming sign is that there is always a weird smell coming from his apartment. Usually it smells like burning plastic and this smell makes it into my place. Over the past months I keep getting coughs and when I go jogging I have diminished lung capacity.
What should I do? And how can I figure out what this guy is up to?

Call the cops and get them to investigate. Meth labs are dangerous and can blow up. I wouldn’t want to be living next to one.
